Too Many Employees to Make Any Money

Employees cost money. With high wages, insurance for them and the rising taxes and most importantly, with the drastically reduced reimbursement from insurance companies for services, one must keep the number of employees at the lowest possible level.

Or does one?

Only if you want to stay poor, despite being a doctor, and want to overwork yourself, have rarely time for family and if you want to worry about the money you are not making in case you do go on vacation.
Only if you want a stressful life and want all life's enjoyments drained out of your life.
Only if your premature aging means nothing to you
Only if you are suicidal.

But if you want to realize the dreams you had when entering med school and opening your practice, then you better listen well to what I have to say.

What I say is not mainstream, but let's face it, mainstream management of any private health care professional means working till 100 because of lack of money.

It means worrying about making payroll and not enjoying the so needed and wanted vacations and then having to catch up with making money, bills and work when coming back.

From that, the old man can reach out omzet approximately Rp.100 million per month with net margin up to 60 percent from sales of mengkudu juice. It’s really..Amazing..!!

The Champion's frog was deaf ..!

Once, on a steep mountainside and surrounded by a river with a steep ravine there is a kingdom inhabited by the frog community. The King Toad for loyalty and courage test subjects a morning to make the competition among frogs. "Anyone who can reach the top of a steep mountain that would get a quarter of the empire and was appointed ruler in the region".

The result was recorded frog 3500 participating in a race by following the phase 3 trials, but the river is very swift currents that pass in front of their territory, and cliffs across the river, and the last peak of a slippery mountain with a steep cliff around.
One round of competition has passed, the result: only 500 frog left the remaining 3000 losses. Frog among gossiping, whispering how terrified this race field, until at last only 20 frogs are bold daring arena lomba.Apa continue to happen? Steep slopes and the rapids have been selecting these frogs to frog remaining 5 to resume final round. The frogs are whispering to each other how terrified berpadangan race. And what happens is only 1 frog who is willing to continue the race. What happened ..?? Shouts of derision how stupid frog desperate to continue the deadly race. Regardless of the ridicule that is, the frogs kept going steadily despite facing the field is very steep and the Extraordinary .. ..!! The Frogs came on top of the mountain and become champion .. What's the secret?? .. It was the Champion of the frog was deaf ..!!

All the products were labeled made in china is always amazing and sometimes unreasonable eg starting motor bikes of 5 million, 900 rb blackberries., Laptops, clothes, shoes, and did not rule out what's in any grocery market will be labeled made in china. interest rates below than 5%, tax incentives, labor could be productive wrote 48 hours per week is our dream to bersaing.jika not anticipated, starting April fore, it is not ruled out when we open the eyes of the morning, to close my eyes tonight day, even in the dream was made in china .. again .. that appears.
